This page explains what information we collect when you visit this website or buy from it, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are
This website sells 100 Exercises for Numb & Burning Feet, a set of printable digital guides. You can reach us at aprendevisuallearner@hotmail.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
- Nothing that identifies you, until you buy. Browsing this page does not require you to give us your name, your email address or anything else.
- When you buy: your name and email address, so we can send you the files. The purchase itself is handled by Hotmart, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
- When you write to us: whatever you put in your message, so we can answer it.
- Usage information: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type.
Cookies and tracking
We use two tools that place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- UTMify — tells us which advertisement or link brought you here, so we know what is worth paying for.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — measures whether people who saw an advertisement went on to buy, and allows us to show advertisements to people with similar interests.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work. You can also limit advertising personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you paid for and answer your messages.
- To handle refunds and payment questions.
- To understand which advertisements work, so we stop paying for the ones that do not.
- To keep the site working and secure.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that make this work, and only what they need:
- Hotmart — processes the payment and delivers the files. Hotmart is the seller of record and applies its own privacy policy to the checkout.
- UTMify — attribution and analytics.
- Meta — advertising measurement.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not pass your email address to anyone for their own marketing.
Health information
We do not ask you about your health, we do not collect a diagnosis, and there is nothing on this site that asks you to describe your symptoms to us. The worksheets and logs inside the guides are yours alone — you fill them in on paper, at home, and they never come back to us.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can write to us and ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Stop sending you email.
- Stop sharing your information for advertising purposes.
If you are in California, this includes your rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, it includes your rights under the GDPR. We will not treat you any differently for asking.
To exercise any of these, email aprendevisuallearner@hotmail.com. One message is enough. We answer within a few days and we do not ask you to explain why.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you. Analytics data is retained by the tools above under their own schedules.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
